Among the most important assets of Lighthouse Capital (Hong Kong) Financial Limited is the trust and confidence placed to properly handle information. The Privacy Policy Statement is provided to you pursuant to the Personal Data(Privacy)Ordinance of Hong Kong(the PDPO) in connection with your provision of personal data or information (Data) to Lighthouse Capital (HK) Financial Limited (“Lighthouse HK”, together with Lighthouse Capital (HK) Financial Limited and its subsidiaries, “Lighthouse Group”)from time to time when you download, install or use this APP and the services provided hereunder.

光源资本(香港)金融有限公司其中一项最重要的资产，就是客户对我们能妥善处理资料而给予的信任及信赖。

《隐私政策声明》乃根据香港个人资料(隐私)条例(「条例」)而就阁下因下载、安装或使用本应用程式及其提供的服务向光源资本(香港)金融有限公司(「光源香港」，与光源资本(香港)金融有限公司及其附属公司，统称「光源」)不时提供个人资料或资讯(「资料」)而提供予阁下。

Lighthouse HK pledges to safeguard your personal data by complying with the requirements of the PDPO as well as the relevant codes of practice and guidance notes issued by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data of Hong Kong. We will ensure that all our employees and third parties with permitted access to your personal data uphold these obligations.

光源香港承诺透过遵守条例的要求及由香港个人资料私隐专员公署所发出的相关实务守则及指引去保障下的个人资料。我们会确保我们的雇员及被许可的个人和第三者维护这些责任。

2.Collection of Personal Data 個人資料的收集

(a) From time to time, it is necessary for you to supply Lighthouse HK with Data in connection with matters including, but not limited to, the opening or continuation of the account, the provision of services to you and compliance with applicable laws

(b) The kinds of Data that may be collected includes, but is not limited to, your name, gender, address, occupation, contact details, date and place of birth nationality, identity card or passport details, financial status, tax information, educational and marital status, employment information, biometric credential(s) (including without limitation fingerprint(s), facial map(s) or any other biometric Data as approved by Lighthouse HK from time to time), and technical information about your mobile device(including but not limited to hardware device model, device identification code(such as lMEl/android lD), unique device identifier, and operator logs related to the APP service), operation system and application software, Ip address or location.

(c) Failure to supply such Data may result in Lighthouse HK being unable to open an account or continue to provide services to you or unable to comply with any laws or regulations or guidelines and codes issued by regulatory or other authorities.

若未能提供该等资料，有可能会导致光源香港无法为阁下开立账户或继续向阁下提供服务，又或无法遵法律或监管或其他当局所颁布的任何指引及守则。

(d) lt is also the case that Data is collected from you in the ordinary course of the continuation of your relationship with Lighthouse HK, for example, when you open an account, transfer funds, effect transactions, attend seminar/events, participate in online activities or generally communicate verbally or in writing with Lighthouse HK.

在延续阁下与光源香港的关系的日常业务过程中亦会向阁下收集资料，例如在阁下开立账户、转账、进行交易、出席研讨会/活动、参与网上活动，或与光源香港进行一般口头或书面通讯。

(e) Lighthouse HK may also collect additional Data from the APP, the Data includes but not limited to:

(i) The lP address of the user's personal computer, the country from which the inquiry is made, the webpages visited, the time spent and type of internet browser.

In order to receive more efficient service experience, you authorize Lighthouse HK to access SMS and clipboard on the mobile phone that installed the APP.

4. Use of “Cookie” “Cookies”的使用

'Cookies" are small text files stored automatically in your browser and is accessible by Lighthouse HK through this website. Cookies can make the website more useful by storing information about user preferences on websites, thus enabling better online service experience. “Cookies” allows Lighthouse HK to identify your computer and find out details about your last visit.

“Cookies”乃自动记存于阁下电脑流览器的小型文字档，光源香港可透过本应用程式存取“Cookies”，让本应用程式知道哪些网页较受欢迎，以便为用户营造更理想的线上体验。光源香港亦可透过“Cookies”识别阁下的电脑，并找出有关阁下上次来访本应用程式的资料。

Cookies helps Lighthouse HK recognize you as a unique visitor when you return to this website, allowing Lighthouse HK to tailor your online experience.

Lighthouse HK will not disclose the information provided to any third party except with your consent or as permitted or required by law.

Lighthouse HK only allows authorized persons to access the information provided to ensure that such information will not be used for unauthorized purposes or altered or deleted accidentally. Lighthouse HK also adopts encryption technology to protect the transmission of your sensitive Data.

(b) Personal property information -including but not limited to the personal income, real property, movable property (e.g. vehicle, financial assets, etc.), indebtedness, investment, tax-paid amount, tax residence, taxpayer identification number, amount paid for the provident fund.

When using the APP service by mobile device -Lighthouse HK may collect (i) phone storage, (ii) location data, (iii) microphone, (iv) camera, (vi) calendar and (vii) biometric authentication module. lf you do not allow Lighthouse HK to use the information in the above manner, you may at any time change the setting other mobile devices or uninstall the APP. In such event, you may only be able to partially use or may not be able to use the APP.

当阁下使用移动设备获取本应用程式服务-光源香港将收集(i)手机存储许可权、(ii)位置资料、(iii)麦克风、(iv)相机、(vi)曰历; (vii)生物认证特征、及(viii)手机短信读取权限和剪贴板权限。若阁下不愿光源香港透过前述方式使用资料，阁下可随时更改移动设备的设置。在此情况下，阁下将不能使用本应用程序的全部服务或只能使用部分服务。

Apart from the above, the Data may also be collected from you in the ordinary course of your relationship with Lighthouse HK including, but not limited to, when you download, install or use this App and the services provided hereunder, use the website, cookies and online services of Lighthouse HK, open and maintain the account, transfer funds, give instructions, effect transactions, attend seminars and events, participate in online activities, or communicate verbally or in writing with Lighthouse HK.

除此以外，信息亦有可能在阁下与光源香港的日常关系过程中向阁下获取，包括但不限于阁下下载、安装或使用本应用程式及其提供的服务、使用光源香港的网上服务、cookies 及网上服务、开立及维持账户、转移资金作出指令、交易生效、参加会议和活动、参加线上活动或与光源香港进行口头或书面通讯。

2.Protection of Personal Data個人資料保护

Lighthouse HK takes all reasonably practicable means to protect the Data, such as, by restricting the access of Data by authorized personnel only and incorporating security measures into equipment in which Data is held. Encryption technology is employed for sensitive data transmission. lf Lighthouse HK engages data processors to handle or process personal data on the Lighthouse HK's behalf (whether within or outside Hong Kong), Lighthouse HK would adopt contractual or other means to prevent any unauthorized or accidental access, processing erasure, loss or use of the transferred data by the data processors

The records of your Data will be stored in secured places with restricted access. The authorized personnel of Lighthouse HK or its affiliates (who have been trained in personal data handling and protection) will only access and process the Data only "need-to-know" basis.

3.Authorisation of Disclosure by Lighthouse HK 光源香港披露授权

You hereby authorize Lighthouse HK to supply to its affiliates with all Data relating to you or your account with Lighthouse HK. Failure to supply such Data may result in Lighthouse HK being unable to open an account or continue to provide services to you unable to comply with any laws or regulations or guidelines and codes issued by regulatory or other authorities.

You confirm for yourself that all personal data concerning you may be used by any of the following companies or persons: Lighthouse HK and its affiliates, any director, officer or employee of Lighthouse HK and its affiliates, only in the course of business; or any person (such as lawyers, advisers etc.) authorized by the forgoing, only in the course of business.

Your Data may be used are as follows:

d) any person to whom Lighthouse HK or any member of Lighthouse Group is under an obligation or otherwise required to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding on or applying to Lighthouse HK or any member of Lighthouse Group, or any disclosure under and for the purposes of any guidelines or guidance given or issued by any legal, regulatory, governmental, tax, law enforcement or other authorities, or self-regulatory or industry bodies or associations of financial services providers with which Lighthouse HK or any member of Lighthouse Group is expected to comply or any disclosure pursuant to any contractual or other commitment of Lighthouse HK or any member of Lighthouse Group with local or foreign legal, regulatory, governmental, tax, law enforcement or other authorities, or self-regulatory or industry bodies or associations of financial services providers, all of which may be within or outside Hong Kong and maybe existing currently and in the future;

e) third party financial institutions, insurers, credit card companies, securities, and investment service providers.

c) the above services, products and subjects may be provided or (in the case of donations and contributions) solicited by Lighthouse HK and/or:

d) In addition to marketing the above services, products and subjects itself, Lighthouse HK also intends to provide the Data described in paragraph 5b) above to all or any of the persons described in paragraph 5c) above for use by them in marketing those services, products and subjects, and Lighthouse HK requires your written consent (which includes an indication of no objection) for that purpose.

6.Rights of Access and Correction 访问和更正的权利

The Data collected may be maintained for such period required under applicable laws and as otherwise needed to fulfill the purposes set out in paragraph 4 above. Data held by Lighthouse HK relating to you will be kept confidential and Lighthouse HK will take all reasonable measures to ensure that Data is Kept secured against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, and destruction. Lighthouse HK may provide the Data to the following persons, whether inside or outside of Hong Kong, for the purposes set out in paragraph 4 above and you consent to any such use or transfer:

For the Lighthouse HK client who would like to cancel his/her APP membership and account, the client may contact the Lighthouse HK customer hotline (+852-3622 3200) or the relationship manager to arrange accordingly. No asset, no pending transfer and no fund held in account (which means no cash held in client's Lighthouse Nominee account) are the conditions for closing client account.

光源香港的客户如欲注销其APP和会员资格和账户，可联系光源香港客户热线（+852-3622 3200）或客户经理办理。账户内无资产、无待转账以及账户中无资金（这意味着客户的光源账户中没有现金）是注销客户账户的条件。
